• Any use of the dog walking field will be entirely at the customer's own risk. The landowner accepts no liability for injury or death to any person or dog or for damage to any property. We also accept no liability for losses or liability incurred by the customer while frequenting the field. 

 

• Children must be supervised at all times.

• There is no access to the working farmyard located nearby. This is a working farm with working farm dogs and livestock. Farm machinery may be in use at any time. For yours and your dog’s safety please stay in the dog exercise area only. The landowner accepts no liability for injury or death to any person or dog or for damage to any property in the out of bounds areas.  Farm animals must not be approached or fed at any time.

 

• If you arrive before the person before you has left the premises, please wait in your vehicle. Some dogs may be nervous or aggressive towards other dogs. 

 

• A maximum of 4 people and 6 dogs per booking unless by prior arrangement.

• Any animals that fall under the Dangerous Dogs Act must be registered and insured and have sole use of the field, following government guidelines.

 

• Do not leave dogs unattended or in vehicles at any time. 

 

• Please do not exercise your dog(s) outside the exercise area. ​

 

• Should you need assistance when using the dog exercise pen please telephone Mark on 07880363436. In an emergency dial 999.  

 

• Improper handling of dogs is not allowed. 

 

• Dog owners must maintain control of their dog(s) at all times. 

 

• Dogs must enter the property on a lead, and a lead should be with you at all times. Wait to release your dog(s) until you are both inside the enclosed exercise field. 

 

• Any holes dug to the surface must be refilled and reported immediately. 

 

• Any damage to the fencing or observations of damage is to be reported immediately. 

 

• No climbing on the fences or gates at any time. 

 

• Please clear up your dog waste and dispose of it in the bin provided, or take home with you.  

 

• Do not carry out any alterations to the land. 

 

• The use of portable barbeques is not permitted. 

 

• Smoking is not permitted on the premises.  

 

• The use of alcohol and/or drugs is not permitted on the premises.

 

• Please take your litter home.  

 

• No glass is allowed on the premises. 

 

• The use of dog treats is not permitted on the premises.

 

• Food is not permitted on the premises.

 

• All toys and personal belongings are to be taken home with you at the end of the session. 

 

• There are no rights created over the land, and the user accepts that the landowner has control and possession over the land at all times. 

 

• Please be punctual for your booking and vacate the area promptly after, leaving it secure. 

 

• All dogs must be vaccinated, wormed and flea treated.  

 

By booking the exercise pen, you agree to the terms and conditions provided above.

Please note CCTV is in use on site. Any rule breaks will be taken seriously as a breach of our health and safety standards and will result in no further bookings being made. Any damage caused by yourself, or your dog, will be charged for.
